Platinum group metals miner Impala Platinum (Implats) has concluded agreements to amass an additional 78 253 shares in Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat).
The shares represent about 0.03% of RBPlat’s shares in problem.
As soon as the share trades are carried out, Implats will maintain about 40.49% of RBPlat’s shares in problem.
